The book, Thinner This Year, was recommended to me by a friend and I thought I’d pass it along to you. This book includes “a diet and exercise program for living strong, fit, and sexy.”
It advocates natural foods (not “dead” foods) and includes warm-ups, aerobic exercises, and 25 whole-body strength exercises to accelerate weight loss and help put off 70% of the normal aging problems (sore joints, bad balance, weakness) and eliminate 50% of serious illnesses and injuries.
The book’s mantra is: eat better, work out more, and make lasting weight loss and improved health possible.
